Automatic Renewal Policy
By choosing the Automatic Membership Renewal option, your membership will automatically be renewed each year. Thank you for choosing this option. This benefits you by saving time and insuring your membership is up to date, and assists us to “Green” our operations by saving paper and postage, as we will be able to eliminate renewal mailings.Your membership dues will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks prior to your membership expiration. This insures your membership will not lapse and that you will receive your new membership card by the time your old card expires. The authorization you give US SAILING to charge your credit card for your annual membership dues will remain in effect until you cancel this option by notifying us in writing, via email, or by cancelling this option on our website at www1.ussailing.org/membership/cim/CancelAutoRenewal.aspx. (Note this does not cancel your membership, just the Automatic Renewal option. Your membership will remain active until your current expiration date).
Security of your confidential information: US SAILING does not store your credit card data. Your credit card information is stored securely by our electronic gateway provider, Auhorize.net, a subsidiary of Cybersource. CyberSource is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard ("PCI DSS") as a Level 1 service provider. PCI DSS is the bankcard industry's most stringent security standard.
